1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to MidoriWorks merchandise — apparel (such as t-shirts), stickers, and accessories purchased through this store. It does not apply to vehicle sales, which are governed by our Terms of Service. MidoriWorks is a sole trader business based in Japan.
2. United States Sales Only
Merchandise is available for purchase and delivery to addresses within the United States only. Orders cannot be shipped outside the United States, and customers located outside the U.S. will be unable to complete a merchandise purchase at checkout.
3. All Sales Are Final
Our merchandise is produced in small, limited runs. For this reason, all merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, colour, or style
- Fit or sizing preferences
- Minor variations in print, colour, or finish inherent to the garment or printing process (including the shimmer-finish print, which may vary slightly between items)
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering, as we are unable to offer exchanges.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every item is inspected before dispatch. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (for example, a printing fault, a garment fault, or the wrong size or item shipped), we will make it right.
To make a claim, contact us at info@midoriworks.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and the fault (and of the shipping packaging, if the item was damaged in transit)
If we confirm the fault, we will provide, at our discretion:
- A free replacement of the same item, where that size and colour is still in stock; or
- A full refund of the affected item, including any shipping charged for it, where a replacement is no longer available.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. We may ask you to return the faulty item; if so, we will cover reasonable return shipping.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@midoriworks.com as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund an order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
6. Non-Returnable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper washing, or after delivery
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
- Change of mind or an incorrect size ordered (see Section 3)
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Japan, consistent with our Terms of Service.
